Parra is a Dutchgraphic designer, illustrator, artist, art director, clothing company owner Parra. For a guy as mellow as he is, he definitely gets a lot done. He is currently art directing for several companies such as Colorblind Skateboards and Ben G as well as his own cut and sew clothing brand Rockwell Clothing. His client list for illustration and design work includes companies like Nike, Etnies, Zoo York and Heineken. In the last few months he has had a sold out show at the Reed Space in New York and another at HVW8 in Los Angeles. He also plays in a couple of bands (the names of which I have forgotten). Oh, and he used to skate for Think and Venture in the '90s. Not bad for a guy who wakes up at noon everyday. As you know (you surely red my post) i wear his shoes (vans), what makes me a walking advertisment for the Parra man! jeej!

This is a friend of mine. I just wanted to post these pics showin' you guyz/girlz how hard it is livin' on the streets in Antwerp. If you wear the wrong colours your ass gets popped over here. Luckily they didn't kill my friend, they just stole his (freakin')kidney. Life can be hard on these rough streets. But hey, we keep smilin' tho.... We will find you a new kidney, i promise.
This is how it went down. I made a cartoon out of the situation cuz it was too horrible to show the real thing.
Yep it's true, lately i've been buggin'... Maybe it's the end of the summer, maybe it's all the negativity i'm goin' thru. Normally i can handle a lot but apperantly the magic's gone... I have a lot of reasons for being happy, but now i can't c those things cuz the problems are overshadowin'the happy things. Why do all problemz come together...Misery lovez company huh? They say that even the most little amount of light can light up the whole darkness... Well,i defenetly need some sunshine.

Some emotions i can't explain by words Cuz if my drawings could be words..it would be very hard to pronounce em and i'm even not talking about understanding them...drawing (for me) is like being under a spell...i act the same like the african tribe people doin voodoo rituals , only i sit still, kinda... This sketch is a little....euhm.. female i think... what not means i'm gay. And it also doesn't mean i have problemz with gay people, cuz i defenetly don't..ah crap how can i explain this? This drawing is not me ...but i still drew it so it's my responsability bein' too female sometimes. I gotta think about that for a while.
